Coaching is a conversational framework focused on achieving goals. It facilitates transformational processes by emphasizing the coachee’s clarity and responsibility in defining and pursuing their objectives. This is achieved through targeted questions and a structured session format.

Each session begins with a mutual agreement on the specific goal to be addressed. Interventions are then tailored to this objective. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is not designed to address problems or pathologies. Instead, it aims to unlock the potential of mature individuals.

Coaching isn’t for everyone. Often, individuals who would benefit more from therapy seek coaching. This is typically identified during the first or second session. For this reason, I offer a minimum initial pack of 2 sessions, with subsequent packs available in increments of 5 sessions. The maximum interval between sessions is 3 weeks.

Procedure:
Upon purchasing an initial pack of 2 or 5 sessions, you’ll receive a Welcome Packet with preparatory questions to “get you in orbit.” These questions, along with the coaching agreement, must be submitted prior to your first session. From there, it’s time to embark on your journey toward your goals!
